Fourteen Hills is thrilled to announce the winner of the Gina Berriault Award: Ella Leffland. This event is set for April 16th, 2014, at The Poetry Center, located at San Francisco State University 1600 Holloway Ave, 5th Floor Room 512, San Francisco. The award presentation begins at 7 p.m. We will have a short introduction, followed by the award winner reading.
Peter Orner, in conjunction with Fourteen Hills, inaugurated the award five years ago to pay homage to Ms. Berriault, a former Creative Writing Department professor. Since its inception, the Gina Berriault Award seeks to honor not only Ms. Berriault, but also a writer who has shown, and whom we believe will continue to show, that love for storytelling, as well as a commitment to helping young writers.

Geometry Dash Unblocked is a browser-based version of the popular rhythm platform game that can be played online without downloading software. Players control a geometric icon that automatically moves forward through colorful levels filled with spikes, moving platforms, and tricky obstacles. The gameplay uses simple one-touch controls, but success requires precise timing, fast reactions, and strong rhythm skills because every jump matches the beat of energetic music. Unblocked versions allow easy access on restricted networks while keeping key features such as practice mode, customizable icons, and a wide range of challenging community levels, making the game exciting and highly replayable.
Congrats to Ella Leffland on winning the Gina Berriault Award! Events like this remind me to highlight important details in my social media posts, so I often use a unicode bold text generator to make key words stand out.
Learning how to play Geometry Dash becomes easier once you understand how gravity portals, jump pads, and orbs work. These mechanics look confusing at first but become second nature after a few runs.
